Our award winning burger blend was runner up for best beef burger in Ireland in 2019. These extra thick burgers are bursting with real beefy flavours & are one of our most popular products in store. The chuck & brisket muscles from the forequarter of beef contain good levels of fat, this fat renders down during cooking & results in a burger that is juicy & bursting with flavour. Mild spices are added by us during production so no need to add seasoning. All beef is sourced locally to our shop in Clonmel.
