In Spanish, this tuna is known as "Bonito del Norte", meaning Tuna of the North.

In Ireland we refer to it as Blue Fin Tuna, and it is usually caught in the North Atlantic

This tuna is considered to be the best, with a paler, softer and more flvaoursome meat than Skipjack and Yellowfin Tuna.

Use in pasta dishes, salads and sandwiches, or just eat as it is.
