Our sourdough seed bread is made using sesame, sunflower and flaxseeds. It contains 15% seeds by weight. Our bread for our orders is baked at around 5am each morning.
Our sliced bread is sliced between 13mm and 15mm depending on how warm it still is at the time of slicing.
