Stafford Spirits Ltd - Jackford Irish Potato Gin 70Cl

Jackford Irish Potato Gin is the first distilled spirit from Stafford Irish Spirits. It was created by John Stafford to use the surplus potatoes that don’t meet retail requirements and to reduce waste on the Stafford family farm in Enniscorthy in South East Ireland. The Wexford potatoes grown on the farm are used to create the base spirit for the gin in place of the more commonly used grain base. Jackford is infused with 14 different botanical including juniper, orris root, cassia bark, angelica root, almond, liquorice root, black peppercorns, basil, rosemary, bitter orange, kaffir lime leaf, strawberry & gooseberry. All of these blended together gives Jackford its smooth creamy mouth feel with it signature peppery kick on the finish.
