A riff on Pia's childhood pleasure of Malaysian milk bread, available from the Roti Man (Bread Man) on his motorcycle who roamed the suburbs of Kuala Lumpur, these Milk Buns are made with the finest Irish ingredients: Gloun Cross Dairy milk, Little Mill stone ground white flour, East Ferry eggs, and Kerrygold butter.
The result is a bread unlike anything you have ever tasted - fluffy and incredibly light, but also rich and satisfying. One is never enough! And made fresh, to order, on the morning of delivery. Ingredients include locally sourced eggs from Adams Eggs, milk from Gloun Cross, Little Mill flour and butter.
Please note that this bread is best eaten the day of purchase. It can be frozen, and reheated in a gentle oven or microwave. It can be kept in a cool place for a few days, and reheated or toasted. By day 3, it makes the absolute best bread crumbs or french toast!
