Herb: Thyme
Thyme is my favorite herb, I use it everyday!
I use it to make my morning tea that also contains ginger, lemon and black tea.
This tea is bursting my immune system, I drink it every day for over a year and I haven't been sick since then. It is hard to believe it, but I usually have the flu during the winter time. When we work outside everyday, no matter is it raining or not, exhaustion is high and since I drink this tea I am confident with my health.
I couldn't recommend it enough.

All our vegetables and herbs are organic certified by IOA.
We don't use any chemicals or pesticides on our farm and all our produce are packed in biodegradable bags.
