Simply Herdwick - Herdwick Lamb Neck Fillet

For the real lamb lovers, Neck fillet is a very underrated peice of meat.

It can be pan fried and served on its own with a sprinkling of seasoning are can be cut and used in a slow cook curry.

Can be tough so a slow cook may be best and has a stronger flavour than other lamb cuts but is extremely delicious.
