Shellfield Farm - Lamb Tagine

Traditional fruity lamb tagine, slow braised with apricots, raisins & almonds in tomatoes and our homemade stock (medium). Goes well with our couscous & bulgar wheat side. Our meals are all homecooked and free of any nasty additives/ preservatives. Quality cooking as you would at home. Our meals are blast frozen after cooking to lock in the nutrients & flavours; all meals can be cooked straight from frozen or stored in your freezer for later.
