We freshly marinate olives every day for our market stalls around the country. This is one of our specialities!
We take large Greek volos olives and dress them with fresh garlic, parsley and Extra Virgin olive oil.
Volos olives are allowed to mature fully, resulting in their purple colour, soft plump texture and strong flavour
Wonderful aromatic flavour, with a bit of a kick.
Our garlic is always European.
In season we get our parsley fresh from our own herb garden in Toons Bridge.
Storage Info: Store your olives in the fridge, removing them about half an hour before you serve. We dress our olives with Extra Virgin olive oil which solidifies in the fridge, and needs time to thaw. Your olives will look and taste best at room temperature.
