Real Olive Co & Toons Bridge Dairy - Boquerones - Marinated Anchovy Fillets

Boquerones are a freshly cured Spanish anchovy dish, traditionally served as an appetizer.
Prepared by submerging fresh Anchovy fillets in salt and water for 3 hours, followed by vinegar for 6 hours, and finally packing them in olive oil.
We prepare the Anchovy fillets at our stall with Extra Virgin olive oil, chopped sweet peppers, capers, fresh garlic and parsley.
Serve with tapas and a glass of beer.
