Poppa Dom's Farm - Wild Lettuce Tea Pain/Insomnia/Anxiety

Used by our ancestors for millennia prior to the arrival of the opium trade in the 1500's. the original remedy for long term pain management, sleeplessness and bouts of high anxiety.

Single Herb, Dried and cured: Lactuca Virosa.

Directions:
Boil the kettle and add the water to a sauce pan and put on low heat to keep it hot.
add 2 to 3 spoons of herb
Leave to stew for 15 mins
Strain into a mug
add honey/sugar/fruit tea to taste.
