Phoebe’s patisserie - Homemade Mincemeat

This delicious recipe is made with currants, raisins, sultana's, cranberries, mixed peal, apple, almonds, butter, spices and flavoured with Brandy. It is fruity, sweet and had a lovely warm after taste.
