Peelham Farm Produce - Organic Pork Liver

This super-value 'Superfood' from our free-ranging pigs is rich in Vits A & D. Fry in butter (loads !), with onions and a sprinkle of sage and process to make a delicious Pork Liver Pate that you can scoop onto a slice of Au Gourmand bread (from the market of course !), when ever you feel a wee bit peckish. PS don't forget the salt and pepper ! PPSS you could add a splash of port or even brandy !!
