Peelham Farm Produce - Organic Lamb Leg Steaks

From our pasture-for-life lamb. Fry in butter with a little olive oil (don't burn it), garlic and a sprinkle of rosemary and generate the most delicious aromas (don't forget to eat them !)

Our lamb is still hoggett (i.e. over 12 months old), so a really lovely grassy flavour.
