Peelham Farm Produce - Organic Fennel Salami (Gluten Free)

This is a lovely salami with ice-cold Vodka and everything else too ! Fresh tasting with fennel, aniseed and a hint of caraway seeds and the occasional pink peppercorn 'surprise'. (We use organic wine as part of the recipe which introduces the ALLERGENIC Sulphite into this product).

What does free-ranging mean here at Peelham ? It means that our pigs snuffle and waffle about naturally following their own behavioural instincts in large paddocks.
