Organic Diced Pork from our free-ranging, paddock-rummaging pigs.

Have you tried making a 'Blanquette' with diced pork ... simply fry your diced pork with onions, celery and a small pinch of fennel seeds and a squish of fresh garlic. Pour in a glug or two of white wine and serve with a swirl (or two) of double cream. And of course salt and pepper to taste. Its really good !
