Peelham Farm Produce - Organic Boerewors - Gluten Free

We make this traditional South African Sausage with our Pasture-for-Life Aberdeen Angus beef including a delicious selection of spices including Coriander, Cloves and Nutmeg and a hint of Apple Cider Vinegar. This is the classic BBQ ('Braaivleis') sausage. We make it as a single unlinked piece.

This week our Boerewors will have been pre-frozen. This won't affect their shelf life. It is advisable not to refreeze. Freezing meat does not affect quality or nutrient value.
