The Pastry Studio version of KETO Gluten-Free Granola was based on a personalized request from one of our costumers. We challenged ourselves by trying to make an oat free granola while still maintaining a crunchy touch. The abundance of nuts, seeds, and the touch of coconut butter allowed us to have the perfect taste and it makes the perfect perfect breakfast for the people on a gluten-free/KETO diet.
