Herbs that help to sleep are one of the trickiest ones. I have after a few months of trial decided to offer, two variants for my sleeping blends. Night Night Thoughts SEDATIVE, has herbs that will help the brain and body to relax, herbs in this mix are sedative and analgesic, in other words, it is stronger than NIGHT NIGHT THOUGHTS (mild).
This blend has Valerian root and wild lettuce in the mix, be aware that Valerian Root, works well for about 75% of the population, and it does the opposite effect on the other 25%, so it wakes you up. (I am in that 25%, the reason why I have always preferred other blends)
