Olives West Cork - Pinto Beans (Spain)

These Pinto beans of of a superior quality. As they are known in Spain, Alubia de La Bañeza-León are dried beans grown in the provinces of Leon and Zamora. These beans have a soft and buttery texture and stay intact very well when cooked. Soaking is not necessary and they are delicious in a bean stew with fried haloumi!
