Also known as Sea Aparagus, this freshly picked sea vegetable swells up into juicy florets for a few months in the year. Perfect to eat straight, steamed with a knob of butter or flash fried with some garlic, lemon juice and some chilli flakes. Delicious and locally sourced in West Cork
