Olives West Cork - Green Peppercorns (Spain)

These Green Peppercorns in brine are pickled fresh once picked as they don't last very long when harvested. They are the classic ingredient in a green peppercorn sauce, fried in butter, shallots, stock, cream, red wine and a drop of brandy. They're spicy hot, and are perfect for making a pepper sauce with a sirloin or fillet steak. Personally I like them drizzled over fresh asparagus. Delicious
