Our house chocolate chip cookie dough makes baking super simple this Christmas and its vegan!
Just defrost slice and bake
Ingredients: Vegan Spread, Sugar, Flour, Dark Chocolate Chips, Baking Powder, Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Defrost cookie roll so that it’s easy to cut through. Cut into 6-8 cookies. Space cookies well on a line baking sheet. Preheat oven to 180C. Bake for 8 mins, turn baking sheet in the oven and return to bake for a further 4-5 mins for softer cookies, 6 mins for a crisp cookie. Cool slightly on the tray before eating. 6
