This Indian cheese does not melt and is made from ecological pasteurized whole milk with a fat content of min. 3.7%. The cheese is delicious because of Indian curries, but can also be used in many other applications. It can be made into slices or cubes, which can then be baked, grilled or fried. Also very tasty as a meat substitute, for example by crumbling and using it as minced meat!
