Chinese leaf cabbage, daikon, carrot, seaweed, ginger, chilli, shitake and garlic ferment. A vegan take on a korean classic. In our most popular ferment we leave out the fishsauce but add two types of seaweed and shitake mushrooms to give it that kimchi umame. Made from local ingredients wherever possible.
