Monivea Microgreens - Broccoli Microgreens

Broccoli microgreens are powerful, mild tasting little plants, containing up to forty times as much nutritional value as their big brothers. They contain large quantities of vitamin C, magnesium, manganese, copper, and zinc.

Our microgreens are packaged with the roots intact in soil, still growing. This means that you can eat them at their nutritious best: freshly harvested. Cut them with a kitchen scissors above the soil and add to salads, or use as a garnish on soups, stir-fries, curries etc.

Keep refrigerated for best taste and freshness.

We have an ethos of no plastic packaging. Our greens are packaged growing in compostable cartons.
