Fresh nduja from Calabria has a very spicy and tasty flavour, it is different from Nduja sold in jars that is usually diluted by oils.
Ndujetta Spicy Calabrian Sausage (Picante) 250g is a particularly spicy, spreadable pork salumi from Calabria in Italy. It is typically made with parts of the pig such as the shoulder and belly, as well as tripe, roasted peppers and a mixture of spices. It is a Calabrian variation of salumi, loosely based on the French andouille.

Cut the top of sausage seal off, open up and scoop amounts required.
