Nduja is a unique salumi from Calabria, Italy.
It can be served as a spread or be stirred through cooked pasta. Ndujetta is a very versatile product with endless uses such as in soups or very popular as a pizza topping.
Fresh nduja from Calabria has a very spicy and tasty flavour, it is different from Nduja sold in jars that is usually diluted by oils.
Ndujetta Spicy Calabrian Sausage (Picante) 250g is a particularly spicy, spreadable pork salumi from Calabria in Italy. It is typically made with parts of the pig such as the shoulder and belly, as well as tripe, roasted peppers and a mixture of spices. It is a Calabrian variation of salumi, loosely based on the French andouille.
Ingredients:
Pork Meat, Calabrian hot pepper paste 15% (Calabrian hot peppers ,salt), salt, dextrose, spices, antioxidant: ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Sodium Ascorbate
Directions:
Cut the top of sausage seal off, open up and scoop amounts required.
