Made Guid Food - Green Wheat Freekeh

Freekeh or farik is a cereal food made from green durum wheat that is roasted and rubbed to create its flavour. It is an ancient whole grain and hails from the Middle East and North Africa, where it has been consumed for centuries, especially in southern Lebanon and Egypt.
It can be used in a similar way to bulgur, rice and cous couse recipes
