The rolled oats are golden with brown sugar and a hint of maple, with salt and a wisp of olive oil for depth. Shelled pistachios provide a hint of whimsy, pumpkin seeds a leathery crunch. Dried cherries peek out from here and there, bits of softness to complete the whole.

Our granola contains organic jumbo oats, cherries, pistachios, pumpkin seeds and loads of maple syrup! It is incredible on porridge or with some yoghurt. It is so good that you will not be able to pass the jar in the kitchen without grabbing a handful for instant delight.
