Our seeded wholemeal is made with whole wheat flour, bread flour (wheat), Seeds (Linseed, Flax, Chia, Pumpkin, Poppy, Sesame, Sunflower), sourdough culture, & pink Himalayan sea salt. Fresh out of our masonry wood fired oven, each loaf has a shell of blistered mahogany and an interior uniquely chewy and moist. Eating a loaf of our bread is a journey.
