Beautiful caramelized onions, garlic with a scattering of sage leaves all baked on a naturally fermented sourdough focaccia base. We finish the focaccia with a really good glug of olive oil and a generous scattering of rock salt. YUM! This classic Mediterranean combo is incredible on its own or accompanied by a good balsamic vinegar.
