Lough Hyne Cottage Bread - Malted Wholemeal Sourdough

Our malted whole meal is made with organic malted whole wheat flour, organic bread flour (wheat), sourdough culture, & pink himalayan sea salt. Fresh out of the oven, each loaf has a shell of blistered mahogany and an interior uniquely chewy and moist. Eating a loaf of our bread is a journey.
