Lisnavagh Kitchen - Fruit Compote

Our fruit compote is something special. It’s like a healthy jam made with all our fruit from the walled garden Including rhubarb, gooseberries, figs, black and red currants, apples combined with agave syrup and spices and it’s left to bubble away fir hours to let the fruit do us magic. Delicious with natural yoghurt or try it with our kefir and granola sprinkled on top!
