Himalayan honeysuckle is a wonderful addition to the garden, easily adaptable to most places, in hedges or standing on its own. and grows quickly at a suitable spot. It can grow 1- 2 m tall and can be cut in autumn. It has many flowers in the summer loved broadly by pollinators and produces lots of edible berries with a taste similar to caramelised brown sugar. The plant has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years and its health benefits will be evaluated over years to come.
