Our hemp seed oil has a lovely light nutty flavor. Can be used as a food oil, such as salad dressing, humus, pesto, spreads and dips. It's an oil that is best taken in its raw form but added to food is ideal. High in omega 3, 6 & 9, has GLA which is a natural anti inflammatory and contains all amino acids as well as calcium, magnesium, sulfur, potassium, phosphorus, iron and zinc. Its good for brain function, immune system, weight loss, skin, inflammation and it reduces the risk of hearth disease and cancer. Can be also massaged on dry skin or sore muscles.
