A very robust herb. Pop the leaves into a bowl and place on a windowsill for a couple of days - this will reduce any bitterness, then store in a container. DO NOT EAT Bay Leaf. Use in cooking and remove before serving. Add to casseroles, fish, rice, and veggies. Infuse milk with bay for puddings such as rice pudding.
