Flying Cheese Brigade - St Gall

Made in the Blackwater Valley ,Fermoy, Co. Cork by Frank Shinnick using raw milk from his own herd. This is a Swiss style cheese ,semi-firm, nutty flavoured. It is similar to a Comte or Gruyere but with a distinctive Irish flavour. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
