Free range pastured forest reared welfare friendly rose veal. Stock has roamed around our forested pastures for the year producing naturally lean, juicy & tender delicious cuts of meat that cook quicker than beef.
Scallops are best pan fried or stir fried. Each tray contains three to four portions.
