Eucalyptus gunnii AGM
Strong bushy trees in 9cm pots, current height 30cm+ and growing fast
Underated tree of many uses. Good longterm timber / firewood crop. Excellent plants for hard pruning and keeping as silvery blue evergreen bushes, tolerant of windy coastal sites. Helpful for reducing midges and mosquitos close to planting. Use the branches in the shower to steam and purify the air and help relieve nasal congestion.
This variety is good for dried flower arranging .Pleasantly fragrant.
Cut once a year, late may as a hedge and enjoy the cuttings while encouraging new bushy growth. Fast growing and very easy to care for, can also be grown in a container.
Can grow in dappled light or full sun
Plant in well drained slightly acidic moist soil and tolerant of wetter ground.
