Tender and tasty, our lamb is grass-fed right here on Falkland Estate organic farm. It's sustainably reared before being butchered locally at Downfield in the Kettle Hills. It is frozen for your convenience.

This rolled shoulder has a higher proportion of marbling and is suited to long, slow cooking. We like it studded with garlic slivers and rosemary sprigs and served with gravy and roast potatoes - perfect comfort food for those all-too-frequent chillier days!
