We love this versatile Red Onion Marmalade. Perfect with a toasted cheese sandwich, paired with full flavoured cheese, or with some steak. We use balsamic vinegar in the recipe which gives an additional lift to the sweet / sour flavour profile. We allow it to mellow for a few weeks before putting it on the shelves, meaning that by the time it gets to you its ready to be put to the test.
