Corrinne's Kitchen - Sweet Apple Pastries

These delicious, sweet, apple pastries are made using my all-butter, flaky pastry. They are filled with an apple, butter, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla filling. Serve these warm with a dollop of fresh, Irish cream or ice-cream for a dessert or afternoon tea treat made in heaven! Best reheated in the oven @ 180'c for approx. 10 minutes until warm. Serve immediately.
