Coolanowle Organics - Mici Meat Rolls

This meat roll has its origins in Romania. It contains a mixture of Organic Pork(50%) and Organic Beef (45%) with delicious spices to add a unique texture and flavour – a very popular BBQ food. Cook slowly in a pan or over medium coals on the BBQ.

This is a new product at Coolanowle Organic Meats and we feel confident that it will be very popular. It has been developed here by our onsite Romanian butcher. It will be sold fresh every week. We have customers from many different backgrounds and we strive to be innovative in developing different products from these different cultures. We would love to get feedback from our customers on this new product.
