***Served chilled & should be reheated thoroughly. If not using microwave, rice can be heated in pot by pouring boiling water up to level of rice & bring to a simmer for 2 mins. Sauce/veg best heated slowly while stirring regularly.
***Cambodian cuisine is more pungent and tart than that of most Southeast Asian countries. Tamarind paste is used to flavour this dish, lending a balance of sweet, sour, salt & gentle spice.
