A Vinegar made using Kombucha, further fermented over 4 weeks.
Flavour - Elderflower, Hibiscus.
Use this lively vinegar as part of your own salad dressing as the vinegar base.
Once opened and added as part of the dressing it will keep for one week in the fridge.

Use this vinegar as a marinade with beef, Lamb, Chicken or Pork

Refridgerate once opened.
