A delicious and approachable farmhouse cheese made from 100% sheep's milk. Aged over 1 year, this cheese has a mellow rich but not strong flavour. Winner of a gold in both The World Cheese Awards and Irish Cheese Awards 2019. It is delicious enjoyed on it's own, but can equally as well be used in cooking.
