Created in 2015, Cashel Blue organic is made seasonally from 100% organic grass fed milk. Typically richer and fuller flavoured than classic Cashel Blue it is aged for up to 6 months before being hand cut and portioned. Full flavoured and creamy. Voted best organic cheese in Ireland in 2018.
