Caithness Smokehouse - Smoked Orkney Cheese

Orkney Cheddar cheese – smoked in our smokehouse for 4 hours. The cheese is vegetarian, made with a vegetarian rennet.
Our location in the far north means that we are very close to the Orkney Islands. Taking advantage of this neighbourly connection, we are able to smoke this world famous cheese and find it so popular that as soon as it’s ready, it just flies off the shelves. Absolutely brilliant to make macaroni cheese:-)
