Baily & Kish Smoked Mackerel Pâté is made from our very own Smoked Mackerel produced in Howth, combined with crème fraîche, soft cheese, lemon juice, honey and a touch of fennel seed. This is delicious with our crackers or spread on brown bread or hot toast.
