Burren Smokehouse - Smoked Rainbow Trout

The Burren Smoked Rainbow Trout is a freshwater fish, and the trout we are smoking is being farmed sustainably in Ireland. It has a lovely delicate flavour and is great when slightly heated up, in a sauce or simply as it is (serve at room temperature).
